Ingredients: 1 Cup ghee, 2Cup besan/clarified flour, 1 Cup milk powder,1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 11/2 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp pistachios chopped , 2 tbsp almond / badam chopped.
Instructions: 1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 cup ghee add 2 cup basan.
2. Roast on low flame until tbe besan turns aromatic.
3. after 10 minutes, the besan will start to. release ghee
4. now add 1 cup milk powder 1/4 cardamom powder and mix well. do not overcook. keep aside
5. In a large kadai 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
6. Stir and dissolve the sugar and boiled 5. minutes.
7. Boiled unit the sugar syrup turns to 1 string consistency.
8. Add in prepared besan milk powder mixture and stir continuously keep the flame on low.
9.cook unit the mixture holds together and to smooth consistency.
10. Transfer the mixture to a tray lined butter paper .
11. Tap twice and tap with 2 tbps pistachios, 2 tbps almond.
12. est 30 minutes or unit it sets completely.
13. Now cut with a sharp knife to the size of cake.
14. Finally enjoy besan milk cake.
